President Muhammadu Buhari met with the Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Monday.The special meeting was held within the Council Chambers at the Presidential Villa.
The meeting began with the swearing-in of Olakunle Bamgbose and Mahmood Dutse, both as Permanent Secretaries by the President. Bamgbose and Dutse were unavoidably absent during the swearing in of other permanent secretaries a few weeks earlier.
Details of the meeting was not made known to State House correspondents.
However, it was indicated that the council is putting final touches to the 2016 budget with special attention to the medium term expenditure framework.
