Solomon Lar Passes at 80

Chief Solomon Lar, former Governor of Plateau State and chieftain of the PDP, is dead.                                       

Family sources at the US hospital where he had been on life support confirmed his demise to our correspondent.

He was the founding National chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

He is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
