Comrade Pascal Bafyau Former NLC President, Is Dead

The former President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Comrade Pascal Bafyau is dead.

Bafyau, also a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) reportedly died on Monday (today) of alleged complications related to heart attack.

Family sources said that the radical ex-labour leader suffered a heart attack at about 10.30am before he was rushed to Silver Spring Hospital in Abuja, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

In 1989, Pascal Bafyau, led the NLC to form the Nigerian Labour Party.

He survived by his wife and three daughters.
